This traditional ‘Oxbridge’ style hall has a long standing reputation for the welcoming and friendly atmosphere extended to its delegates. Situated in a quiet residential area just one mile from the main University campus, Devonshire Hall is ideal for self-contained groups of up to 120 delegates.
The Main Conference Room can seat up to 120 delegates in a theatre style arrangement and there a selection of smaller rooms that are ideal for breakout sessions. All rooms are flat floored and have black out facilities. The Hall has an impressive choice of additional facilities including tennis, snooker and lounge bar.
- I just want to thank you for hosting the NASMA event so brilliantly. Everyone who attended was impressed both with the venue and facilities. The organisation from start to finish was so easy and stress free, which makes a very welcome change to past events I have organised - so the behind the scenes work is really appreciated!
Alison Jackson, Student Education Service Manager, University of Leeds
- Many thanks for your team who made our annual dinner such a success. Everyone enjoyed the occasion and they complemented you and your team for your efficiency and high standard of cuisine. Thank you again. If entrusted with organising next year’s dinner, I would like to think I could co-ordinate with you in a similar fashion.
Dr Peter J Palmer, Chairman, the Leeds & Bradford branch of the Oxford University Society
- The facilities were fantastic and the support we received from staff at the Hall of Residence was second to none. Not one person has uttered a word of complaint - testament in itself!
Jim Chapman, North Rugby Youth U18
- On behalf of all of us 'Ladies' who attended our Christmas Coffee Morning yesterday may I say a big THANK-YOU to you and all the staff at Devonshire who helped make it such a success. You are all so patient, kind and super-efficient. Yummee cakes, too!
