Grassington is one of the best loved of the many delightful little towns and villages in the Yorkshire Dales. Centred around its small cobbled square is a selection of family-owned shops, alongside small cosy cafes and restaurants. It is a staging post for the long distance walks of The Dales Way and Lady Anne's Way as well as the cycle routes of the Dales Cycle Way and the Way of the Roses Cycle Route. Grassington Festival is a wonderful summer arts festival and you can enjoy December Dickensian Weekends as well as regular music and theatre productions at the Grassington Theatre. Foresters Arms Accommodation: There are 7 comfortable, tastefully furnished ensuite rooms, with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. Well behaved pets are allowed in the rooms. We welcome all visitors to Grassington; walkers, cyclists (we offer safe bicycle storage) and motorcyclists. Those travelling by car are advised to use the car parks, as the parking in Grassington is restricted. |
