Situated just uphill from the main village square past the Devonshire Arms, this friendly local now has an opened out feel despite its coaching inn origins. Popular with locals and tourists alike, this is a real community pub. It has a main bar and pool/TV area to the left and further seating to the right, which leads to a separate dining room. Quizzes held Mondays and traditional pub games include darts and dominoes. Coarse and fly-fishing permits for the local River Wharfe can be bought at the pub.
